Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by this Institution on its website.
Article 2 (Definitions)
Definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
- User: A person who receives services provided by the Institution in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Use Contract: A contract concluded between the Institution and the user regarding the use of the service.
- Join: The act of entering relevant information into the application form provided by the Institution and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions to complete the service use contract.
- Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information necessary for membership registration on this site.
- User ID (ID): A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the Institution for member identification and member service use (only one ID can be issued per resident registration number).
- Password: A combination of English letters, numbers, and special characters set by the user to protect the member's information.
- Termination of Use: An expression of intent by the Institution or a member to terminate the use contract after using the service.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms)
Members may request withdrawal (termination) of membership if they do not agree to the changed terms, and will be deemed to have agreed to the changes if they continue to use the service without expressing their refusal even after 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms.
- These Terms and Conditions shall take effect by being posted on the service screen, announcement board, or by other methods.
- The Institution may change the contents of these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary, and the changed terms shall be announced on the service screen. Continued use of the service without refusal after 7 days of announcement constitutes agreement to the changes.
- If a user does not agree to the changed terms, they may stop using the service and cancel their membership. Continued use constitutes agreement, and the changed terms shall take effect in the same manner as the preceding paragraph.
Article 4 (Governing Provisions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other related laws and regulations.
Chapter 2: Service Use Contract
Article 5 (Conclusion of Use Contract)
The use contract is established by the Institution's approval of the user's application for use and the user's agreement to the terms of use.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
An application for use can be made by recording personal identity information in the application form requested by the Institution on the member information screen of the service.
Article 7 (Approval of Application for Use)
- When a member applies for use by accurately stating all matters in the application form, the application for service use shall be approved unless there are special circumstances.
- The following cases may result in disapproval of use:
- When not applying in one's real name
- When applying using another person's name
- When the contents of the application are false
- When applying for the purpose of disturbing social order or public morals
- When other requirements for use application set by the Institution are insufficient
Article 8 (Change of Contract Matters)
Members must modify the information provided at the time of application if it changes, and members are responsible for problems arising from failure to modify it.
Chapter 3: Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 9 (Obligations of the Institution)
The Institution shall not leak or distribute a member's personal information known in connection with service provision to a third party without the member's consent. However, this does not apply to requests from national agencies under laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, for criminal investigations, or under procedures prescribed by other relevant laws.
Article 10 (Obligations of Members)
① Members must not perform the following acts when using the service:
- Illegally using another member's ID
- Reproducing, publishing, or providing information obtained from the service to a third party
- Infringing on the copyright of the Institution, the copyright of a third party, or other rights
- Disseminating content that violates public order and customs
- Acts objectively judged to be associated with crime
- Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations
② Members may not conduct business activities using the service, and the Institution is not responsible for the results of such activities.
③ Members may not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status under the use contract to another person, nor provide it as collateral.
Article 21 (Jurisdiction)
In the event of a lawsuit regarding a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Institution shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court.
